I went to college to pick up all the filming equipment today. However, for certain reasons, we could not get the group all together to film today. And even if we did, we would not have been able to complete all the Brick Lane shots today. It would have been more helpful to us if we were able to get hold of the equipment yesterday because I had to wait until 14.30 today, knowing it would start getting dark by the time we'd even set up.
Obviously, today's situation was a huge disappointment to us all. But we will not let it get in our way and have arranged alternate times to film.
Our new filming time for the Brick Lane and Fahmida's house scenes will be on Saturday. And just to confirm to everyone, we will be meeting at the Cambridge Heath bus stop on Saturday morning at 10.30.
This means that we will still have to film our main base track at Columbia Road/Ezra Street during one of the early EVENINGS next week because the location will be very busy on Sunday.
